What I teachI usually teach what has been named Ashtanga Yoga by Pattabhi Jois (and is also known as "Power Yoga"), a demanding posture practice that emphasizes strength, balance, and flexibility. To those few who are interested, I also teach yoga philosophy, breath control, cleansing techniques, and other aspects of what used to be called Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga before the recent renaming trends.
